These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SocietyHub (the "Service") by societies, administrators, residents, staff, and other users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Users must be authorized by a society or by us to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
The Service provides tools for society management, including billing, resident management, communications, and ticketing. Societies remain the data controllers of resident and society data. We act as a processor/service provider and process data only as required to deliver the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Subscription fees and payment terms are agreed with societies in a separate order or agreement. Taxes are applicable as per Indian law.
SocietyHub and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Societies retain ownership of their data. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during the subscription term.
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and use it only for purposes of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Upon termination, data export or deletion will follow contractual terms and legal requirements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [Insert city], India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
